DAILY FOOD PLAN
*With the following food plan, you will be eating 3 meals and 2 snacks daily, and eating once every 3-4 hours. Your daily food intake will consist of the following food groups:

Before you order a burger, fries and soda, explore the healthier options available. Dining at a fast food restaurant doesn't have to derail your diet efforts. There are plenty of choices that can fit your healthy meal plan. Enjoy a plain grilled chicken sandwich, broiled fish, a plain baked potato, fresh vegetables or a side salad. Substitute a soda for water or unsweetened iced tea. Bypass anything fried, breaded or prepared with cream-based sauces. |
